Challenging Nestlé's misleading advertising

On October 20, Nestlé Waters Canada took out a full page ad making several false statements about bottled water. The Council of Canadians joined Friends of the Earth Canada, Polaris Institute, the Wellington Water Watchers and Ecojustice to challenge these claims by filing a complaint against Nestlé for violating the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards.
