Challenging Nestlé's misleading advertising

On October 20, Nestlé Waters Canada took out a full page ad making several false statements about bottled water. The Council of Canadians joined Friends of the Earth Canada, Polaris Institute, the Wellington Water Watchers and Ecojustice to challenge these claims by filing a complaint against Nestlé for violating the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards. View the ad, and see our interactive rebuttal »

Take Action!

1. Join us in demanding that Nestlé Waters cease to greenwash a product that harms the environment, undermines public drinking water and is potentially harmful to human health. Send a letter to Nestlé executive John Challinor »

2.  Let Nestlé know that bottled water is not " the most environmentally responsible consumer product in the world". Email us your suggestions for a list of consumer products more environmentally responsible than bottled water.
