Maude Barlow was formally invited by the Bolivian government to speak in a main plenary panel at the historic Cochabamba conference on April 20, 2010. Maude joined Patrick Mooney, Timothy Byakola, Jose Bové, Alberto Gómez Flores, Hildebrando Vélez, and moderator Duttga Soumya in the Forests, food and water under climate change panel.
