John Baird receives 45, 000 petitions on the eve of World Water Day
On March 21, the eve of World Water Day, Susan Howatt, the Council of Canadians’ national water campaigner delivers 45,000 petitions from Canadians demanding a national water policy that will protect Canadian waters from privatization, diversions and bulk water exports at John Baird’s office in Ottawa Nepean.
