A block of rooms has been reserved for summit participants at the Ottawa Marriot Hotel. Please make sure you request the group rate and quote reservation code: CPECEPA in order to take advantage of the reduced rate of $139 plus tax per night ($10 per additional room occupant).

Rates and payment:
- Group rate: $139.00 per night single/double occupancy ($10 per additional room occupant).
- This rate is subject to 5% PST, 5% GST and a Destination Marketing Fee of 3%.
- The room block has been extended to Friday, November 6, 2009. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted on a space available basis at the negotiated group rate.
- You will be responsible for your guest room, taxes and incidental charges upon checkout. A credit card or other assurance of payment will be required from individual attendees at time of check-in.
Check-In/Check-out:
- Check-in time at the Hotel is at 3:00pm. The Hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate early arrivals and late departures. Check-out time is 1:00pm.
Parking
- Free parking is located on most city streets around the Hotel.
- On-site parking: $6 hourly, $21 daily.
- Valet parking: $26 daily.
- Onsite parking is limited to vehicles less than 6 feet in height. Taxes may apply to parking services.
Transportation:
- Shuttle to and from Airport $14 per trip. For pick up from the Hotel, please advise the bellmen in advance of your anticipated departure.
