Resolutions: July 28, 2006
Proposed resolutions must be received by July 28, 2006. After this date, only emergency resolutions on issues that could not have been foreseen by the deadline date will be considered.

Nominations: September 15, 2006
Advanced nominations for the Board of Directors must be received by September 15, 2006. This allows time for the Nominating Committee to review the nominations and make recommendations to ensure a diverse Board. Nominations will be accepted at the AGM until 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 28.

In addition to the regular slate of 15 candidates, four regional chapter representatives will be nominated and elected to the Board in a process that is exclusive to the chapters. These Board members will be confirmed by the membership at the AGM.
